ABI Parent Peer Support Program

This program provides emotional, informational, and navigational support to parents/caregivers of children up to 18 years of age living with an acquired brain injury.
Our ABI Parent Peer Support Group offers a safe and welcoming environment for parents and caregivers to connect, share experiences, and receive guidance from professionals and peers. It empowers families to better understand ABI, access available resources, and develop effective coping strategies.
This program is held at the same time as the Children’s ABI Peer Support Program so that parents can bring their children too.
Healthy refreshments are provided.
This program is free. All this requires is a short intake. This can be done on-line by going to the BIAWE -Request for Service at www.biawe.com, emailing psg@biawe.com or by phoning 519-981-1329.
