Happiness Hour is an educational and supportive group program. It incorporates principles from positive psychology, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioural strategies, and resilience-building techniques to enhance mental well-being, emotional regulation, and overall quality of life.
The program features gentle, brain-injury-friendly activities—brief, straightforward, and repeatable exercises that accommodate cognitive fatigue, attention difficulties, and heightened emotional sensitivity.
